Elevated Mediterranean Living
Set high within the Cliffs community, Elevated Mediterranean Living transforms a steep and challenging hillside into a series of intimate, terraced outdoor rooms inspired by the warmth and structure of Mediterranean landscapes. The plan reveals a carefully orchestrated sequence of experiences—beginning at the upper terrace with a greenhouse and garden area that lead into the primary outdoor living zone. Here, an infinity-edge pool and spa sit beside a shaded lounge structure, capturing expansive views and anchoring the heart of the design.
From this elevated vantage point, stone pathways and sculptural retaining walls guide movement down the hillside — a space carved into the slope for evening gatherings and quiet retreat. Below, the final terrace opens into a lawn area and a secluded, putting green framed by boulders and lush planting.
Every level is shaped to feel both distinct and connected, creating a hillside sanctuary where architecture, landscape, and terrain converge. The result is a modern interpretation of Mediterranean living—elegant, layered, and elevated both in setting and in spirit.
